Just let us know you'd like to return the product within 30 days of your receipt and we will provide you with an approval email. Due to the delicate and valuable nature of our products, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging. Damage rarely occurs when shipped back in this original packaging, but it is important to purchase shipping insurance just in case damage does occur in transit. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our warehouse in undamaged condition.

Second-day air and overnight shipping is also available at additional cost.  We also regularly ship cremation urns, biodegradable urns and cremation jewelry urns to Canada, the UK, and elsewhere. On international orders, we bill the shipping separately once we know the cost based on the destination, size and weight. We do not mark up shipping and never charge and packing or handling fee. The price we charge you for shipping is the price we pay the shipping company.
